1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking any service through Budget Yatra, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Budget Yatra.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
• Prices quoted are subject to change until full payment is received.
• Budget Yatra acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

3. Payment Terms

• A minimum deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be made at least 15 days prior to the travel date.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Travel Documents

It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they hold valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. Budget Yatra provides assistance but is not liable for visa rejections or denied boarding due to incomplete documentation.

5. Liability

Budget Yatra acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control.

6. Changes to Terms

Budget Yatra reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
